Labor Day plans?
The unofficial end of summer is here… Labor Day weekend. But, baseball and Equipment Day collections are still in “full swing”!
BTF will be traveling to the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs Equipment Day collections this Saturday, September 3. If you are in or around Busch Stadium or Wrigley Field, please stop by to drop off new/gently used equipment.
This year, the St. Louis Cardinals selected the City of Berkeley Parks to receive the equipment donation and $5,000 award from BTF to purchase new equipment. The Cubs have chosen the Humboldt Park Youth League that serves nearly 400 children ages 3-14. For more information on the Cubs collection, click here.
Please note: The New York Mets have rescheduled their collection drive to Saturday, September 24.
